I am a woodturner who lives in the village of Hollingbourne in Kent, England, I turn for pleasure occasionally disposing my work from my home, where you are invited to view individual items privately.

My name is on the Register of Professional Turners held by the Worshipful Company of Turners in the City of London.  
Acceptance onto the register is by invitation and judgement by a panel of peers who ensure the highest standards of work and professionalism are met.  
It is the only professional body in the UK and enjoys a world wide reputation. 

I am also a member of the Association of Woodturners of Great Britain 
and secretary of Kent Woodturners a branch of the A.W.G.B.

I use predominantly local sourced woods; Elm, Beech, Yew, Oak, Laburnam, Sycamore, Acacia, Apple, Pear, Plum and the like to turn objects which are both useful and decorative.

Pieces of my work have travelled far and wide eg: America (New Jersey & Texas), Zimbabwe, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Guernsey and of course here at home in the United Kingdom. 

Whilst as a turner I like to be as creative as possible I appreciate that the majority of people want an article which is both decorative and useful and that is is what I aim to do.

I do turn items which are purely decorative and accept limited commission based work.

You will observe from looking at the photographs of my work that I like to turn pieces that are either natural or bark edged they, together with larger hollow forms, give me a great deal of satisfaction.

My stock is always changing and whilst I will try to update this site to ensure that you can see what is available, I often forget.
